This is the old Mars Cheese Castle. If you haven't been in their new building, you probably need to get over to Kenosha and see. The chandelier in the newly classed up wine area is pretty cool, and the (non-functioning) drawbridge is really something. They've really put a few pennies into playing up their highway icon status. Makes me wonder if Randy's Donuts started with a small round donut picture before going whole hog.
